This single-origin coffee is produced by Mustefa Abakeno, a dedicated farmer from the highlands of Jimma in Ethiopia. He grows his coffee at 2040 meters on his 18-hectare farm, Mustefa collaborates closely with the Beshasha washing station, supporting both quality and his local community.
This micro-lot, composed of Ethiopian heirloom varieties 74110 and 74112, undergoes meticulous fermentation, washing, and drying to deliver remarkable consistency. Scoring 87 points in cupping, it offers an elegant profile with delicate notes of tea, jasmine, and peach, lifted by a vibrant acidity. A clean, floral cup that beautifully represents the best of Ethiopian terroir.
